Description

This project aims to study if using existing information (ground segment logs, telemetry) in combination with COTS/open-source rule-based log analysis tools can be used to provide security monitoring for SATCOM systems with relatively little effort.

By examining how existing logging mechanisms can be utilized to detect potential security incidents, this activity will build upon previously identified and tested attack scenarios to define effective logging parameters and practices specific to space project environments.
