The Micro and Macroeconomic impacts assessment of the frameworks is currently ongoing. The main objectives is to assess the relevance of the identified frameworks in order to enhance ESA’s knowledge of this topic. Assessing the relevance of these frameworks helps distinguish those that have a real impact on the sector from those that are rarely or never applied. To do so, we have developed a detailed list of criteria that will serve as the foundation for assessing the frameworks we sorted as Priority 1 or 2. These criteria are essential to ensure that the impacts of each framework are evaluated consistently and accurately. Another objective will then be to identify the points to be further developed in the coming years. Indeed, this mission also aims to identify pitfalls and challenges related to cyber frameworks that impact the SATCOM ecosystem. To do so, a gap analysis will be performed based on the assessment we made of each frameworks.
